John Hemsley Ropes & Lifting Equipment are a family run business established in 1983 with a long history of the wire rope industry and its integral working components, famous for our Cable Laid Grommets. Through the years John Hemsley Ropes & Lifting Equipment have expanded the business to encompass all relevant areas of the lifting and industry covering fibre rope, webbing and chain slings, all manufactured at our Tyseley premises.

We have the facility to manufacture Cable Laid Grommet Slings and Hand Spliced (short and long), to The Board of Trade Regulations and have created a niche in the UK market.
